b. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
a. Payment Methods: We accept credit card and debit card. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.
b. Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our website.
In office pick up is available for all purchased products free of charge, alternatively products can be shipped to the consumer subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping company. The consumer agrees to pay applicable shipping costs.
a. All orders are available for free in office pick up. You will be notified when your order is ready to be collected.
b. Shipping Policy: Products can be shipped to addresses only within Canada. All orders under $240 will have a delivery charge of $15 within Ontario and $30 outside of Ontario, while all orders above this will have free delivery.
c. Delivery Timeframe: We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization delays, third party disruptions, or availability of stock. Free pickup from our clinic locations is available.
d. When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason.
a. Return Policy: Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition. Items are required to be unopened (contact lenses), undamaged, and in good condition. Delivery charge will not be refunded.
b. Refunds: Once inspected and accepted, refunds will take up to 7 working days to reflect on your account.
c. Exchanges: Exchange on items will be accepted up to 21 days after the order purchase date. Items sent for exchange must be unopened, undamaged, and in original condition.
Exchanges can be performed for the same product with a different prescription, or for a different product of the same value after inspection is performed.
When an exchange is requested for a product of different value, the price difference will be calculated excluding the delivery charge of the original purchase.
In no event shall Norfolk Family Eye Care, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norfolk Family Eye Care Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or violation of these Terms.
