Domestic Delivery

The delivery of items which are in stock take approximately 7 working days, while items that are not in stock take longer.

Shipping for all orders is $15 within Ontario and $30 for other regions on orders under $240. Orders over $240 qualify for free shipping.

Deliveries are fulfilled via courier.

Note that delays may occur out of our control such as bad weather, holidays, flight cancellations, etc. If this happens, shipping may take longer.

Unfortunately, we are not shipping international packages currently.

Free In Office Pick up

All orders are available for free in office pick up. Items in stock may have same day pick up available. You will be notified when your order is ready to be collected.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We are always here to help our customers and we understand that on occasion, purchased items need to be returned.

Refunds are offered (excluding delivery charges) with products that you wish to return. Items are only eligible for a refund if they have not been opened, used, or damaged and if they are in their original condition.

However, if we have made a mistake with your order or the goods are faulty, then we will be happy to offer a refund of all costs, which also includes money spent on postage and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We are happy to accept returns from online orders within 21 days of purchase for a full refund, after an inspection of the product is performed. Items are required to be unopened (contact lenses), undamaged, and in good condition. Delivery charge will not be refunded.

Once accepted, refunds will take up to 5-7 working days to reflect on your account. If you do not see your refund, please check with your bank once again and confirm.

Exchanges

We promise to provide an exchange service on items up to 21 days after the order purchase date. Items sent for exchange must be unopened, undamaged, and in original condition.

Exchanges can be performed for the same product with a different prescription, or for a different product of the same value after inspection is performed.

When an exchange is requested for a product of different value, the price difference will be calculated excluding the delivery charge of the original purchase.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us to do so as soon as possible by emailing simcoe@norfolkfamilyeyecare.com or calling one of our offices.

Any cancellations made during working hours, before your item has been dispatched, will be accepted. If your item has already been dispatched, we will be unable to make any amendments to the item.

Successful cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

If you receive your item and decide you would like to change your order, you are welcome to make an exchange. (Please see exchange policy for further information).
