Tracy has been a part of the Norfolk Family Eye Care team since the start of the new millennium. She earned her certification as an Optometric Assistant in 2003 and is proud to serve the office and the patients as the Office Manager for all 3 locations. Her dedication and hard work have helped grow the practice to what it is today.
Janel was born and raised in Norfolk County and it was an easy decision to stay to raise her family and continue her career here. She is NFEC’s Operations Manager, and our Port Dover Office Manager and has been part of the team since 2012. Although skilled in all areas of the office, she loves to use her eye for fashion and technical expertise to assist you with all your eyewear needs.
With a dedicated career spanning nearly two decades, Lisa has been an integral part of our team since 2006. She earned her certification as an Optometric Assistance in 2007 and is now the Dispensing Manager of our Simcoe location. Her background in business marketing and retail management allowed her to naturally transition into the optometric field. As a frame buyer, she stays ahead of industry trends, ensuring that the practice offers a diverse and fashionable range of eyewear that meets the needs of every patient.

Since May 2013, Lauren has been an optometric assistant at Norfolk Family Eye Care and obtained her Canadian Certified Optometric Assistant certification in October 2013 and Lab manager at NFEC in 2021. Lauren will dedicate herself to making each patient feel welcomed.
When Lauren isn't working hard in the lab getting your glasses ready, she is loving her time with her husband and daughters.
Leah joined the NFEC team in October 2019, and has completed the CCOA course in 2020 to become a certified Optometric Assistant and Manager of NFEC Waterford in 2023
Elaine is a life long resident of Port Dover. After a long career in the banking industry and obtaining her Health Care Office Assistant certificate from Fanshawe she started working for Dr. Craig in 2007 and became a Canadian Certified Optometric Assistant in 2008.
Kim has worked at Norfolk Family Eyecare since 2018 and came to us with a background in optical. She worked 3 years in the industry in Oakville.
A city girl at heart, she is a little bit country and a little bit rock n ‘roll !
Ruth is proud to be a born and bred Jarvis girl! You will find her in our Simcoe location and probably hear her lovely voice over the phone. She is happy to greet you with a bright smile and is willing to help in any way she can. She keeps all the NFEC team organized and on track!

Shannon joined NFEC's team in 2021. She enjoys baking and cooking almost as much as putting things high on top shelves so nobody can reach them! She has travelled all around Canada but there's no place like Norfolk County.
Sabrina joined NFEC as an optometric assistant in 2021 and quickly became a Certified optometric assistant in 2022. You'll find Sabrina at either the Simcoe or Waterford location.
Holly joined the NFEC team as an Optometric Assistant in 2021. She completed her CCOA certification 2024 and has since learned to manage the lab as well. You can find her at all three of our locations, happy to assist you with a smile.

Stephanie has been the eyecare world for over 20 years, but she started working at NFEC in 2022. She is a Canadian girl, but lived in New Jersey for 20 years. She is happy to be back home in Canada and loves getting to know patients and helping keep their eyes healthy!
Bekah joined NFEC in 2023 and has quickly become skilled in multiple roles. Bekah enjoys working in all locations.

Diana joined NFEC in 2024. She was born and raised in Norfolk County and found her way back home after completing her degree in Biology. You can find her in all 3 locations either at the front desk or as a super-technician along side NFEC Optometrists. When she's not busy focusing on your ocular health, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 boys.
Jennifer joined NFEC in 2024. She comes to us with 15+ years experience in the eye care world. She is a local girl, but spent 2020-2023 working at the Ivey Eye Institute and living in London. She has returned to rural living and adores Norfolk County! Her passion lies in eye healthcare and she has quickly found her place here at NFEC in our 'super technician' role.
