Welcome to Norfolk Family Eye Care. Dr. Jane Van Dyk, Dr. Katie Ryan, Dr. Matthew Craig, Dr. Janki Kapadia, and the Norfolk Family Eye Care team strive to provide the finest in optometry services. Norfolk Family Eye Care is a full service eye and vision care provider and will take both eye emergencies as well as scheduled appointments. Patients throughout Norfolk County and surrounding area come to Norfolk Family Eye Care because they know they will receive the personal attention and professional care that is our foundation. Our team is dedicated to keeping our patients comfortable and well-informed at all times. At Norfolk Family Eye Care, we will explain every exam and procedure and answer all of our patient's questions. We will work with vision insurance providers to ensure good eye health and vision care for all of our patients and provide direct billing when available.

    Jane Van Dyk

    Dr. Jane Van Dyk grew up near Delhi and graduated from Delhi District Secondary School. In her final year she was honoured with the Delhi Junior Citizen of the Year Award. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and then went on to graduate on the Dean's Honour List from Waterloo's School of Optometry. During her clincal training, she did an externship focused on ocular disease and treatment in Memphis, Tennessee.

Emergency Contact: In case of emergency you can call us during office hours. Outside office hours please go to the Norfolk General Hospital or the nearest Emergency Clinic.

Occasionally both offices are closed over lunch hour from 12pm to 1pm for a staff meeting.  Please call either office for more details.

Please note that we are closed Saturday's of long weekends.
